I know we spoke on the phone when the chairs were delivered but just in case I
didn’t wax lyrical enough I thought I’d drop you a note to record a
huge thanks
for the special brand of customer service that you deliver.
The
journals arrived last week so my order is now complete and I could not be happier.
The
chairs just finish off the dining room and they were a snip in comparison
to
any other chair available.
I could not believe that were delivered in a week
when all Southern England was in disarray because of the ice and snow – it
would have been so easy just to say that you couldn’t make the delivery;
I had no tight agenda, so that really wouldn’t have been a problem,
but
no they arrived on time with a personal touch
that just would not be possible
from any other company. I was thrilled.
As a Mackintosh fan I know I will continue
to visit the site
to see what new things you have, but in the meantime
I
just wanted to recognise the customer orientated service you deliver and say thanks,
