can telephone your order to us, or send a cheque via
letter post to our office address.

A:- Yes, Certainly.

courier delivery ? I prefer to have Royal Mail Delivery,

A:- If you are
only offered courier delivery during the checkout
process this is because your
total order weighs over
2kg and courier is the cheapest and most secure option.

"Can I have the order delivered
to my works address ?"
A:- Yes, this
is the preferred method if you are not at home during
the day.
Always give your works department name, so
that the parcel will get to you.

Catalogue ?"
A:- Currently
not. Due to ever changing stock items, a printed catalogue
is
currently not cost effective. If requested, we
can provide a CD containing
most of our items which
can be viewed 'offline'.

A:- Please see
our opening times on our website. This is updated
weekly.

"When will I receive my
order ?"
A:- This will
depend on which service that you have paid for and
also where you live.
Courier next-day or 2 days for Scotland.
We have no control over the delivery time with Royal
Mail - however,
we do post out your order on the day
or the day after that we receive your order.

A:- Unfortunately,
sometimes lead times are against us and we ask our
customers
to be reasonable when requesting quick delivery;
ORDER IN TIME, DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE

received after 4pm are not processed until Monday,
so delivery in these cases would be from Tuesday onwards.
