Q: Will I get my order delivered in time for Christmas?

A: Please order early enough to allow your order to be delivered in time by either courier service or by the post office. Christmas is obviously a very busy period for us and we will give our best endeavours to dispatch your order promptly. Our Last posting dates for all areas can be viewed from the 'Last Posting Dates' linkon our Home page, but please place your order prior to these dates to avoid disappointment.

Q: Has Just Mackintosh got outlets nationwide?

A: No, we are based in Merseyside and we can send items for next day delivery to most regions of the UK. Customers can also buy direct from our showroom in Merseyside.

Q: I don't like ordering on-line; Can I order any other way?

A: Yes, you can telephone your order to us, or send a cheque via letter post to our office address.

Q: Can I return items?

A: Yes, you need to let us know that you are returning goods and remember always to get 'proof of posting' from the post office.

Q: I live outside the UK. Can you send items gift wrapped to my relatives in the UK?

A: Yes, Certainly. Please type your message and request in our comments boxes on the checkout pages.

Q: Why do I have to have courier delivery ? I prefer to have Royal Mail Delivery, so that I can collect from the sorting office, as I am at work during the daytime?

A: If you are only offered courier delivery during the checkout process, this is because your total order weighs over 2kg and courier is the cheapest and most secure option.

Q: Can I have the order delivered to my works address?

A:Yes, this is the preferred method if you are not at home during the day. Always give your works department name, so that the parcel will get to you.

Q: Do you have a printed Catalogue?

A: Currently not. Due to ever changing stock items, a printed catalogue is currently not cost effective. If requested, we can provide a CD containing most of our items which can be viewed 'offline'.

Q: When is your showroom open for visiting?

A: Please see our opening times on our website. This is updated weekly.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: This will depend on which service that you have paid for and also where you live. Courier next-day or 2 days for Scotland. We have no control over the delivery time with Royal Mail - however,we do post out your order on the day or the day after that we receive your order.

Q: Can I have my order today?

A: Unfortunately, sometimes lead times are against us and we ask our customers to be reasonable when requesting quick delivery; ORDER IN TIME, DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE !

Q: I placed my order on Friday night and today is Monday. I have not received my order. Why?

A: All orders received after 4pm are not processed until Monday, so delivery in these cases would be from Tuesday onwards.
